For a nominal fee, you can advertise personal details, either your own or that of a consenting third party ("Third Party"), to seek a potential matrimonial partner ("Matrimonial Advertisement"). You may also utilize related services for this purpose.
Offline: We also facilitate the publication and distribution of basic information derived from your Matrimonial Advertisement (if selected) in a monthly or bi-weekly magazine. This magazine, distributed across Sri Lanka, aims to extend the reach of your advertisement to a broader audience, while maintaining your anonymity.
Mandapaya.lk is owned and operated by Mr. Nishandha Thilak, a Sri Lankan Person (923083219V), with its registered address at 335/A Gangoda, YahalMulla, Walasmulla.
To use Mandapaya.lk, you and any third party for whom you are acting must:
You are responsible for the content of your Matrimonial Advertisement, which includes personal information and images ("Content"). Mandapaya.lk reserves the right to edit or remove any part of the Content at any time, without prior notice, to maintain the integrity and ethical standards of the Site.
All images uploaded to Mandapaya.lk will carry a watermark to discourage unauthorized use.
Your use of Mandapaya.lk is restricted to the purposes outlined in Clause 2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Content complies with all relevant laws and does not infringe upon third-party rights, including privacy and data protection. Any updates or corrections to your Content should be promptly made, and Mandapaya.lk will verify and implement these changes.

You can unpublish your advertisement at any time. If you wish to remove all your Content from our database, you may request this via email. Advertising fees are non-refundable unless a refund is requested before the advertisement is published on the website, within the review period.
All intellectual property on Mandapaya.lk, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under Sri Lankan law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is prohibited.
Mandapaya.lk is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for any errors, downtime, or any issues arising from the use of the Site. You agree that we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of Mandapaya.lk.
This agreement will terminate if:
Upon termination, we may immediately revoke your access to Mandapaya.lk and remove your Content without notice or liability.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the District Court of Walasmulla, Sri Lanka.
